The Creators and the Producers || The Composers || The Crew
Bob Brush and
Ken Topolsky were both working for "The
Wonder Years" since the second season. They also produced
the Special Episode. When ABC decided to start a spin-off they
thought that Brush and Topolsky would make a perfect couple. With
their long-standing experience they were the right choice to
create the background of "Buster's Town". Besides their
jobs as executive producer (Brush) and supervising producer
(Topolsky) of "The Wonder Years" they now became
executive producers of "Buster's Town".
Today Brush is the executive producer of "Early
Edition", Topolsky currently works as co-executive producer
of "Party of Five".
Jill Gordon, "The Wonder Years"' co-executive producer until the end of season four, took over the job of "Buster's Town's" supervising producer while Mark Levin, at the time co-producer of "The Wonder Years", became a co-executive producer.
Stewart Levin who wrote the music for the first season of "The Wonder Years" and was working now for CBS' "Picket Fences" composed the "Buster's Town" main title together with W.G. Snuffy Walden. Unfortunately the wonderful music - acoustic guitar and piano - was never published on CD. Walden also composed the music of the first season.
